If HCPA does not meet this guarantee, and all client obligations have been fulfilled, HCPA will continue working with the client at no cost until the first paying client is secured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This guarantee applies to the relevant industries listed below only. It does not apply to Gambling services or Grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This guarantee applies for a period of up to 12 months from the date the business is deemed operational.<\/li><li>The client must complete all critical revenue-generating, operational, and compliance tasks outlined in their HCPA execution plan.
