Beginning her career as a caregiver in 2001, she spent over a decade providing direct care while advancing into operational leadership, giving her a unique ability to bridge frontline realities with executive strategy. Tanisha has led operations and implementation initiatives across the United States, including California, Texas, Florida, and Arizona, specializing in operational excellence, workforce optimization, care planning, implementation, and scalable systems that support sustainable growth. Her expertise has also led to collaborations with international organizations, sharing U.S. home care best practices and operational insights. She is passionate about helping providers confidently enter, grow, and thrive in highly regulated healthcare while advancing quality care for older adults.
