Refund Policy

Health Care Providers Association (HCPA) ABN 26 625 498 179 | ACN 625 498 179 www.hcpa.com

This Refund Policy applies to all courses purchased through HCPA, including the Professional Nail Mastery Course and other training programs, whether paid in full or via a payment plan (including Zip and other buy now pay later services).

  1. General Policy

The full course fee is payable regardless of a client’s attendance, participation level, progress, or completion status.

Once a course has been purchased and enrolment confirmed, HCPA does not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Change of mind
  • Non attendance
  • Withdrawal from the course
  • Schedule changes requested by the client
  • Failure to complete the course within the allocated timeframe

This applies whether payment was made upfront or via a staged or instalment payment plan, including payments made through Zip or similar services. Instalments already scheduled under a payment plan remain payable in accordance with the terms of that plan.

  1. Additional Services

Any additional training, resits, one on one sessions, or support outside the standard course outline are not covered by the course fee and will incur additional charges, subject to prior written approval by the client.

  1. Course Kit Issues

Refunds are not offered on the basis of product sensitivities, allergic reactions, or skin irritations arising from the use of any items or formulations included within the provided Professional Beauty Training Kits. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing product ingredients and instructions prior to application, particularly if they or their practice models have known allergies or sensitivities to specific beauty adhesives, chemicals, tints, or cosmetic ingredients.

Where a kit or any of its components arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing or incorrect items, please refer to our Delivery and Shipping Policy for reporting procedures. Confirmed issues of this nature will be resolved strictly through the replacement of the affected item(s), and do not constitute grounds for a course refund.

  1. Circumstances Where a Refund May Apply

A refund or partial refund may apply in the following circumstances:

  • Provider termination: if HCPA is unable to complete delivery of the course for any reason, HCPA will provide the client with the value of work and materials delivered to date, and a refund for the portion not delivered.
  • Frustration of contract: where the agreement cannot continue for reasons beyond the control of either party, and neither party is at fault.
  1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our courses or kit fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with that law, in addition to anything set out in this policy.

  1. Payments Made via Zip or Other Payment Plans

Where a course has been purchased using Zip or another buy now pay later or instalment provider, any refund approved by HCPA under this policy will be processed back through the original payment method or provider, in accordance with that provider’s own refund process and timeframes. Clients should also refer to the terms and conditions of their chosen payment provider.
