HCPA Regulatory Compliance Remediation Commitment
Compliance doesn’t end at registration. HCPA continues to support active clients in maintaining regulatory compliance and addressing issues that may put their registration at risk.
Where a registration is lost solely due to HCPA’s documented advice or documentation, we’ll manage the remediation and reinstatement process at no professional service cost to you.
Our commitment covers HCPA’s professional services. Any government, regulator, application, audit or other third-party fees remain your responsibility.
We’ll use reasonable endeavours to support the reinstatement process, while recognising that final registration decisions remain with the relevant regulator.
